Rosacea is a chronic skin disease characterized by reddened skin in certain areas of the face, small pustules, red nose, cheeks, forehead and chin, visible blood vessels on the nose and cheeks and a tendency of blushing.

Blisters occur when you wear tight uncomfortable shoes. The friction between footwear and skin makes the area swell. The process is gradually; first layer of skin gets red and then leaves exposed the dermis layer, a deeply skin layer.
