Even though they are quite invisible and only you can see them if you look very close in the mirror, blackheads are one of the most annoying things ever.
First of all, if you have blackheads this means your face is not completely clean.
The beauty industry promotes numerous cosmetic products to help you with get rid of blackheads. But, there is always the natural alternative, which I prefer and I recommend.
Before you try any of the following natural treatments what you need to remember is: NEVER squish and squeeze. No good comes from these, trust me. All you need to do is clean your pores, and here are some ways you can do this at home:
- Egg whites
You need to make a face mask from an egg white. Spread a thin layer and allow it to dry a little. Then continue with 2 more thin layers, allowing each one of them to dry before you apply the next one. Leave the mask on your face for 10-15 minutes and then gently scrub the mask of your face with warm water.
It is true that the smell is not the most pleasant one, but the result makes it worth the sacrifice.
- Honey
This one is as simple to make and apply as the first one. Just soak your fingers in a jar of sticky honey and start scrub the areas where you have blackheads. The nasty stuffs that leave inside your pores will stick to your fingers as you take them off your face. Simple, right?
- Clay
Water and clay is all you need: 1 tablespoon of each. Mix them and apply the mask on your clean face. After 20 minutes, rinse it off with warm water.
As you can see, all 3 masks are based only on 1 ingredient. Most probably you already have at least 2 of them already in your house. So, why not give a change to nature? It always comes to your rescue.
