Get Rid of Stretch Marks in a Natural Way

Stretch marks can make us feel uncomfortable with the way we look.
Thankfully, there are some natural treatments that can help you reduce/eliminate them.

Sugar

Sugar is one of the best of stretch marks. And as an additional effect it also helps exfoliate your skin.
You need to mix 1 tablespoon of sugar with a teaspoon of almond/olive/castor oil and few drops of lemon juice. Optional you can add one capsule of Vitamin E.
Mix well the above ingredients and apply it on the affected areas. Gently massage your skin for 10 minutes and allow the mixture to enter your skin. Then rinse.
Repeat the treatment for 4 weeks and you will see the results.

Egg White

You need to whisk the egg whites from 2 eggs. On a clean skin, add a layer of whisked egg whites. Leave it to dry on your skin, and then remove it with cold water. You can apply some oil afterwards as a skin moisturizing.
Repeat this treatment daily for 2 weeks and the results will come.

Potato juice

Cut a potato in thick slices. Use the slices to massage a few minutes the areas with problems. Leave the potato juice to act for a few more minutes before you rinse with warm water.
