Skin tags are often wrongly considered moles because they have the same color as the skin or darker. These kind of skin tags are developed on the neck, chest or armpits and are caused by papilloma virus. Skin tags have a little foot of which is often twisted or broken by small trauma.
Oregano Oil. Oregano oil is one of the most powerful natural remedies that you can use for a variety of health problems. It is a very powerful antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and has anti-oxidative properties. Stir a few drops of essential oil of oregano and a few drops of coconut oil and is apply it over an area, 3 times per day. This treatment may take some time, but you’ll see how the skin tag changes its color and eventually fall off.
Tea tree oil. It is used for centuries and has a powerful antibacterial, antifungal and antiseptic compound. Tea tree dries the skin tags, essentially from the inside to the outside. All you have to do is take a cotton pad, moisten it with few drops of water then add a few drops of tea tree oil and gently rub the skin. Repeat this treatment 3 times a day until the growth will fall off.
Dandelion latex. The milky sap from the dandelion stems is very good to treat the skin tags and other skin problems such as moles and even warts. You must apply the latex 3 times a day until the unsightly skin falls off.
Lemon juice. The citric acid in lemon is a powerful astringent and slowly removes skin growths. Simply rub the skin tags with lemon juice, using a cotton pad, 3 times a day, and you will see the results in 3-4 weeks.
Castor oil. It is one of the oldest traditional remedies for these situations. Spread it on the skin tags for 3-5 times a day. You can also make a paste of castor oil and baking soda that you apply to the skin, cover with bandage and leave it overnight.
