Brittle Nails

Nails reflect our health the same why our hair does. If you have problems with your nails it means your have some deficiencies. The most common deficiencies reflected by brittle nails are lack of Vitamin B, Zinc or Iron.

I have shared already other natural treatments for brittle nails but it doesn’t hurt to have more to pick from. So here is a another one: as simple as the other and as efficient as any other natural treatment.

3 ingredients are needed:

  • juice from 1 lemon;
  • 1 T olive oil;
  • 1 T castor oil.

You know what you have to do, but I will remind you anyway: mix the 2 oils in a recipient, then add the fresh squeezed lemon juice.
Shake it before you use it on your nails.

You can store this treatment, but not more then 1 week.
I recommend you apply it twice per day- once in the morning and once before you go to bed.
