Onion, garlic or ginger juice. According to a detailed investigation in Dermatology publication, 20 of the 23 people who applied such juices on scalp twice a day observed that the hair has grown in just six weeks and its resistance increased significantly. Experts believe that the beneficial effects of this simple preparation are given by the extraordinary power of flavonoids, which have anti-inflammatory effects and promotes blood circulation thus preventing thinning and hair breakage.

You can try to take supplements based on capsaicin (only with doctor’s opinion) to eat more chilies (if you don’t suffer from gastritis) or you can prepare a lotion based on crushed chilli seeds mixed with olive oil. Apply it on the hair and wait 1 hour. Wash it well with your regular shampoo.

Apply this paste on the hair roots and gently massage. Wait 40 minutes until rinse. Use this hair mask two or three times a week for three months.

Baking soda. Mix two teaspoons of bicarbonate with two teaspoons of water until it forms a paste. Apply this paste on dump hair and massage your scalp for a few minutes. Then rinse thoroughly.

Another recipe would be to mix an egg yolk with the juice of half of a grapefruit and proceed as above. Finally rinse with water mixed with a small amount of vinegar. This plant contains solanine, a natural detergent.

Cream and lemon juice. If you have brittle hair we suggest an excellent treatment made from two tablespoons of cream, half a tablespoon of wheat germ and a tablespoon of lemon juice.
